Terms & Conditions:

Buyer/Purchaser shall mean any person, sole trader, partnership, business, body corporate or other entity detailed in the appropriate section of the sales invoice/order form and shall include all successors, heirs and assigns. Where a person deals entirely as a consumer, legal rights shall remain unaffected. Where the term buyer appears within these terms it shall mean consumer buyer/purchaser unless specified as relating to a trade buyer or consumer buyer individually.

Goods or equipment shall mean the items detailed in the appropriate section of the sales/order form and it shall be a core term of this agreement that all ancillary items are additional to this agreement unless specifically detailed within the sales invoice/order form.

Price shall mean the consideration due for purchase and shall include VAT unless otherwise stated. Purchasers should note that prices quoted may vary during the currency of brochures (upwards or downwards) and current prices are quoted at the time of order. In respect of orders placed via the Internet, these shall not be accepted by us until confirmed.

GENERAL

  1. "Working day" shall mean any day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
  2. These conditions shall apply to all of the company's quotations and contracts, orders (including telephone orders) for the sale or supply of goods accepted by the company. For the trade buyer, any other terms or representations, whether implied by statute, made prior to, collateral with or subsequent to the contract or order are hereby excluded and shall not be binding upon the company. For the consumer purchaser, additional conditions shall only be binding upon the company if confirmed in writing by the company.
  3. The company reserves the right to amend technical or clerical errors in any order without notice. In addition, the buyer shall ensure that all details contained within the order are correct and no liability for any error or inaccuracy shall lie with the company.

ACCURACY

This website has been prepared solely on the information supplied by the contributors and manufacturers. Its accuracy cannot be guaranteed. The publishers and their production team cannot accept liability for inaccuracies, errors or omissions in such information howsoever arising. Prices are correct at the time of submission to the site, excluding genuine mistakes. If, by mistake be it a human error or systems error, we make a significant price error on a product, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you.

Specifications are advised by the manufacturer, and are subject to change by the manufacturer at any time.

SHIPPING

Shipping options are as indicated on our shipping services page which is updated from time to time. You can find the current document here and you will see this at shopping checkout as well.

STOCK INFORMATION

Items on the website are linked to our live stock system to provide as accurate information as possible.

Our website is linked to our warehouse system and our suppliers in some cases to give as accurate stock availability information as possible. In the very rare event that we have a stock error on our system, we will contact you straight away to advise you and offer an alternative option or full refund.

For items indicating they are available for backorder, we will contact the supplier and find out an availability date, and advise you this date or if the item is no longer available, so you can decide whether to wait for your item or cancel your order.

We may undertake additional security checks before shipping goods to you. This is for our customer's protection from any potential fraud, and thank you for your understanding.

REMITTANCE TERMS

Please note that for administrative reasons, we cannot take deposits or hold goods without payment in full. Your credit/debit card is charged in full at the time of order.

COMPLETED ORDERS & PAYMENTS

We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, UK Maestro, Switch, and Visa Electron. If you are shopping from a non-UK country, please place your order in the normal way, and your credit card company will convert the order to your currency.

TAX

For orders made within the UK or European Union, where applicable 20% VAT is included in the price displayed except for Safety footwear and helmets which are zer-rated for VAT. For Export orders out with the EU: UK VAT will be removed at checkout. However, duty at your local rate may be applicable upon entry.

CREDIT / DEBIT CARD SECURITY

All our credit card and debit card transactions are processed via Stripe (Payment Service Provider). All credit card information is collected on their secure server and authorisation for the transaction is transmitted back to us as a unique transaction reference number.  At no point do we or any of our staff have access to this information.

VOUCHER AND COUPON CODES

From time to time we will offer discount vouchers and codes online, via email, and/or via our website. We reserve the right to cancel any coupon or voucher if it is being abused. Discount codes cannot be combined with other codes or vouchers or in combination with any other association. Discount codes that are for online users cannot be used for in-store purchases. Discount codes and coupons cannot be used for the following items: Gift Vouchers. Online discount codes are for use online only on our website, and cannot be added retrospectively, as our codes are constantly changing depending on the offer available at the time you are browsing our website.

ORDER CANCELLATION

An order cancellation can only take place if an item has not been despatched. If an item has been despatched in good faith, this will then be classed as a return.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange any unwanted items, you must do this within 30 days of receiving the goods. You will be required to pay any return postage costs. The goods must be received in original condition with original packaging, and fit for resale. Any additional charge or refund will be processed at point of despatch.
